The excellent John Piper blogged recently, suggesting that a tornado that struck the Lutheran conference may have been God hinting to them to stop condoning homosexual practices, check it out: http://www.desiringgod.org/blog/1965_the_tornado_the_lutherans_and_homosexuality/
Now I agree that homosexuality is condemned in the Bible. God has said it’s a sin. So it’s a sin. But using a tornado, while it most certainly is controlled by God, as evidence that God is against their condoning of it seems weak; would they not see it as an attack from Satan?
I say let’s stick with the Bible. John Piper, I love you. Lutheran conference condoning homosexuality, get your act together. Everyone, trust God.
I agree. That is a string of verses that can’t hold really hold that much water.
Christianity is an alternative lifestyle, not acceptable to those of us with a mind of our own; those of us who wish to see humanity progress. It is a vindictive, abusive, hate filled cult of bile.
You’re welcome to your opinion I suppose. You have to admit it’s ironic that your hatred for Christianity is far more obvious than the hate which you believe fills it. Sort of like the person who simply can’t tolerate intolerant people.
