The parent(s?) of Gianna Jessen made the choice to commit abortion on their daughter. After spending about 18 hours being burned by the saline solution, she was born anyway, although she now suffers from cerebral palsy due to the abortion method.

Here’s the point: Gianna is alive, and is a real human being. Her parents actually tried to kill her – the doctors, of course, will have said at the time that she was ‘not yet’ a human, so abortion is a legitimate option.

I, at least, am going to use this opportunity to promise that I will never kill one of my children. I am also always going to disagree with anyone who thinks that killing their own children is ok – just so you know )
